Webrapier is not trash for a pure mage build. It's actually extremely good for a mage in PvP due to it's long range. I said damage per hit. Not attack rating. In 'style' is only dark damage because dark infused weapons get something like c/c/a/a scaling, also dark resistance come from faith, this why its so good.
